		<description>Hi there.... My Dad was an HO scale train collector.  He had a huge train room with layout and completely packed with train layouts, building, authentic train tools, lanterns, etc...  He recently passed away and the family is selling his collection at auction on January 6, 2012, 5:30 at the Greenfield 4-H Fairgrounds located at 620 North Apple Street.  Auctioneers are Steve Sanford and Jim Turney.</description>
